I’ve made a list of the unfoundlings
We have a lot of people to find. Since I’m from 1981, I’ve made a full list of everyone from that year. I made it by referring to my yearbook, and by the program from graduation. I hope everyone will cruise the list and see if there are some people they can try to find. If you want to pick the easiest ones, go for the men with unusual surnames. You’ll likely find them or a close relative. If you want to go for the hard ones, look for women with common surnames.
You can view the list by clicking Missing Daniel Alumni on the right.
If you aren’t from 1981, and would like to see your class as well, please email your class list. (yes, that means typing!) I’ll integrate it into my database.
Helpful links to find people.
411.ca - you can search for people across Canada.
google.ca - yes, you’d be surprised what typing a person’s full name in quotes might turn up. For instance, I was apparently in jail for 9 years in BC for a crime I was ultimately acquitted for! Maybe you need to be careful with what google tells ya!
If someone has other link suggestions, let me know, and I’ll add them here.

And if you want to see the power of google.com, I just looked over the list myself, and tried to find a couple of people. I saw Ron Burky in the list, my old locker partner. I typed “Ron Burky” Winnipeg Canada in google and hit search.
I didn’t check every link that came up on the first page, but I did check out this one > http://www.mts.net/~mbia/afcp/who.html. I think you can see for yourself that I believe I’ve found him.
We can do this guys! We can find a lot more people. I hope everyone reading this make it a point to find a couple of people on this list.

Hi Corey
Great job on the list , one thing people should be aware of is the spelling errors of some of the names in both the 80 and 81 year books. Eg.
Eddinghaus is spelt Ebbinghaus. Maybe the list will jar some memories , and hopefully soon the found list will be greater than the unfound list.
bye for now, Tracy

Some of those errors could be mine, some were my resource material. I was quite surprised at how different the spellings were between the yearbook and the graduation program. I guessed at a fair number of the spellings!
If you provide me with the required changes, I’ll be happy to fix the list.

Oh, btw. The power of google helped me find Ron Burky’s phone number. I spoke to him on the phone. And he led me to Walter Rodriguez, who is supposed to know a lot of people and where they are. Waiting on a call back from him!
Update: got the call, Walter Rodriguez is on the found list!

Glad I came across this great website. I hope more alumni from the Class of 83 sign-on. It would be great to hear from everyone again. Can you believe our actual 25th year out of high school is just around the corner in 2008? I have put out an email call to some other 1983 grads so if you read this message please send this website information to as many 1983 grads as you can so we start to build our class list ASAP.

Get as many of those 83’s as you can. I’ve tried poking the ones on classmates.com, but I think you’ve had more success than I have. What you guys can do is come to this reunion, and then plan one of your own. You can watch all the mistakes I make and learn better! This site is at your disposal for any Daniel alumni wish to plan their own reunion.
