We’re finding people!
The efforts everyone is making to find people is slowly, but surely paying off. We’ve found over 40 people now. If we can keep this pace up, we’ll have a mighty decent turn out. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has made a phone call, or sent an email, or has done some googling. The list is growing!

Hi Corey,
I ran into Wayne McNaughton a couple of weeks ago. He mentioned Terry is living out in the Hartney area. If I remember reading a while back Roy Clark is out that way. It may be easier to get him to contact Terry. I did a check on the http://www.canada411.ca/ website and it gave me a number for the Hartney area. I also may be able to contact Karen Letvak if I can remember the correct the last name. Karen lives down the street from me and is married to an old co-worker of mine.
Roy I may be in touch with you later this spring because I might be doing some work out your way. If I knew you lived out Brandon way over the last few years I would have called you up. I come out there for work once in a while.

Thanks for that tidbit. I’m racking up my long distance bills, so I’m happy to let Roy have first crack at calling him. Otherwise, I’ll do it. Wayne is welcome to come too of course, since he’s a 1980 grad.

I believe that I have tracked Terry down. Just before Christmas I thought that I had found him via an e-mail account and it turned out to be a 60 something gentleman. I’m currently waiting for a returned phone call.

I moved back to Manitoba in Aug of 2003 when I was promoted at work. I asked to return to Winnipeg and someone thought that Shilo was close enough. We have a house in Brandon and I commute in reverse.

See that list on the right, it’s getting bigger. And don’t let anyone tell ya different, it’s size that counts!
Someone I’ve been trying to find is Janelle Gareau. She organized the 10th reunion, so I’m sure she’d been keen on this one. As far as I remember, she ended up marrying Mike Fitzpatrick and went off to live the military wife life. If anyone has any idea where she might be, pass on your clues!

I will dig out my 1983 yearbook and any photos that I have from the 1983 graduation dinner and post some of them here as well. Hopefully, more grads from 1979 - 1983 will be located and visit this site soon. It would be great to see updates as to how everyone is doing.
Looking forward to purchasing tickets to the reunion on June 10th. I have told a number of people that I am still in touch with about it so hopefully it will have a great turnout.

Will make some calls to Marisa (Curatolo) Johnson, Laurie Lutz, Sherryl (Norberg) Ignitti, Rhonda (Knelsen) Silva, Pat and Frank Catronio (sp?), Walter Burdz, Carolee (Webb) Kusic (sp?), Carlos Cipriano, Joe Martins and anyone else I can track down. Then maybe they contact this site and start to reconnect with everyone.
