The Music Man musical
I was just sitting here with the songs from The Music Man running through my head. I was thinking what a great time we had putting on that musical. It brings back fond memories.

I was just sitting here with the songs from The Music Man running through my head. I was thinking what a great time we had putting on that musical. It brings back fond memories.
I realized the other day when some cable station ran a remember the 80s show that I have one of the strangest memories related to Daniel. I was on the second level by the English classes, and I heard someone downstairs singing the Dolly Parton song ‘Nine to Five’ which came from the movie of the same name (I don’t know if its any good, as I never saw it). So, I head down the stairs and who do I see walking along and singing this song? Terry Dixon! I must admit that he did a very good (vocal) impersonation of Dolly.
Tony B started mentioning some ideas we’ve also had and are planning. I thought I should mention them here so everyone can have a chance to give some feedback and maybe participate in the planning.
1) BBQ - Tony asked Neal if his yard was big enough. We’re actually planning a BBQ supper for the reunion day in the Courtyard of the school. We thought it would be a much more enoyable experience than an indoor supper, but if rain happens, we’ll have backup plans. If you want to chime in on what your preference would be for such a thing, hit the comments link. Are we talking steak or bratwurst? Fancy or simple? What do you like/ (this changed, stay tuned)
2) Floor hockey and such things have been mentioned a few times in the comments. We’re getting access to the gym as well, and had tentatively planned for a floor hockey game or two. We’ve got some time in the afternoon before the meal for these kinds of things, so if Tony, Neal, or anyone else would like to take charge for running and planning this stuff, speak up. I’ll help with the planning through this site, so if you need any resources here, just ask.
That’s it for the moment. This reunion is about us, and what we want it to be, so make your feelings known!
For those not living in Manitoba right now, I thought I’d give you a little weather report. We had snow overnight, and it’s still snowing. 10 cm already, with another 10 cm coming. I’m sharing a couple of pictures from the view outside my front door. Does that white stuff bring back memories!
Apologies to those people still living here, as I’ve just reminded you that it’s time to get out the shovel.
Hi Everyone
Not sure who tracked me down, But I thought I would say hi to you all

There is a special database that is being filled up with people as we find them. For the most part, we prefer to put an email address into it. This is so when the reunion details are finalized, we can easily email everyone the information. If an email isn’t available, an address and phone number are also useful.
The list is only updated when we actually receive contact from someone. When a person posts a comment on the site, or they sign up, they are added to the database. A person could also use the Contact the site admin link on the right to send us information.
If you know someone who doesn’t have access to email or a computer, and you can give us their phone number, we’ll call them to confirm their contact info. Any information you give about someone should be done privately, so it’s recommend you use the Contact the site admin link to do it.
Bad Behavior has blocked 11 access attempts in the last 7 days.
